1). Mata Vaishno Devi :-it is located on trikuta hills in the Pir Panchal Range, mata vaishno devi is one of the oldest shrine . About 80 Lakh people visit this place in a year. The holy cave is at a distance of 13 Kms from Katra, the base camp of Mata Vaishno Devi.
2). Amar Mahal :- Also known as Hari place. This place is located in old of jammu on Manda hills. It is built for Amar Singh by a French Architect, completed in 1890.This palace is located on the Right bank of River Tawi and is currently serving as a Museum and Library .
3). Bahu Fort) :- Bahu fort is also known as Baba wali Mata Mandir. It is located in Jammu city and close to Religious Shrine of Mata Kali, popularly known as “Bawe Wali Mata.” and it was built by Raja Bahulochan. It is declared a heritage site. Bahu fort is connected with rope with mubarak mandi (which is another heritage site of jammu) to make it a tourist Destination. Bahu fort is located on the bank of River tawi.
4). Bhimgarh Fort :- ,Bhimgarh Fort, generally known as the Reasi Fort, is near Reasi, a town approximately 64 km northwest of Jammu, it was built by Raja Reshi pal Ranaji. And in 1889,it was handed over to the Archeological Departement.
5).Nangli sahib gurudwara :- It is one of the oldest shrines of Sikh community, it is a sikh shrine of Nanagli sahib gurudwara. It is situated on the bank of Drungali nallaj. About 4kms away from the District poonch.
6). Ragunath temple:thThis temple is Located in jammu, it was built in 1860 by Raja Ghulan singh . This temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
7). Panchbkhtar Temple :- this temple is located in jammu , it is also known by name of Rupai wala mandir, this temple was discovered during the reign of Raja Maldev.
8). Ranvireshwar Temple :- this temple is located in jammu, it was constructed by Raja Ranbir singh. The largest north indian temple which is dedicated to lord shiva.
9). Shadra shreef :- The shrine of baba ghulam shah is famous for the urs is celebrater 10th day of Muharram every year. This shrine is located in Rajouri district of jammu.
10). Purmandal :- purmandal is village which is located on the Devika river. About 40 kms from jammu. This purmandal is also known by the name of chota kashi. The village and its temples are a pilgrimage for hindus.
11):- Shiv Khori :- shivkhori is a famous cave shrine located in the Ramsu village Reasi district of jammu and kashmir dedicated to lord Shiva.
12):- Patnitop:- its a famous hill top in the district of of Udhampur, its situated on the shivalik Ranges.
13).Chingus Fort or Chingus Sarai :-
Chingus Fort or Chingus Sarai, is an ancient fort in Rajouri district of Jammu. Chingus was used as rest camp by Mughal emperors When they used to visit Kashmir.
14). Dhanidhar Fort) :- Dhanidar fort is located in district in the Rajouri town in Jammu and Kashmir and It is believed that fort of Dhanidar was constructed by Mian Hathu and then Governor of Rajouri
This fort is constructed with stone and building material. The Fort of Dhanidhar is to be believe d was built to store food grains of Dogra Kingdom and also to hide the army of the kingdom.
15).Peer Khoh:- The peer khoh is the Another Shiva temple located in Jammu on the circular road, 3.5 kms from the main city. In peer There is a Shiva Lingam which is formed naturally formed in a cave. Its neither an antiquity nor its cause is known. There is a legend that the cave leads underground to many othercave shrines and even out of the country.
16). Buddha Amarnath: buddha amarnath is an ancient temple of lord Shiva which is located In the north east of poonch District. It is on the left bank of the pulsata stream. This area locally known as Rajpura Mandi, two kms above Mandi village of Medhar poonch
17)Akhnoor:- 32 kms of south-west Jammu District. This fort is situated on the banks of Chenab river is the historic town of Akhnoor Fort. Ruins of the Indus-Valley Civili-zation are to be seen along the river bank commanding a panoramic view all around.
18).Dogra Art Gallery:- located in the erstwhile Pink Hall of the old MubarakMandi Palace Complex. This museum houses 800 rare and exquisite paintings from different schools of paintings like Basohli jammu and Kangra.
19). Hari parbat Fort). Hari parbat fort is also known as khoi-e-meran. The first fortification of this fort was done by Akbar which he was supposed to make it capital for his new city of Nagar Nagur but was completed and constructed by Atta mohammad Khan , an Afghan Governor in 1810.
It has three important monuments.

20). Kheer Bawani Temple). This temple is located in the tulmul village of Ganderbal

This temple was built by pratap singh in 1912
And it was renoved by Hari singh.
21). Shankar Acharya temple):-is located on Gopadri hills in srinagar. Also known by the name of jeyesthawara temple, takht e sulaiman, Pas pahar by Buddhist, Gopidri on the Gopidri.
This is a Shiva temple on the Gopandri of the zabarwan mountain range. Originally it was built by Sadiman / Gopaditya.Gulab singh contruted the stairs of this temple this temple is managed by dharmath trust.
22). Awantipuram) :- situated in District Pulwama of kashmir. Founded by Awantiwarman of utpata dynasty. In Awantipora their are two temples
Awantishwani and Awantishwar
First one is dedicated to lord Shiva and the second one is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
23). Pari mahal) :- located in srinagar also known as adobe of ferries . It was by Dara shiko son of shahjahan during the Rein of Shahjahan. This place is also known as Quntilon.
